Common Courtesy

My friends and I visited your restaurant on Dec 2, 2008 @ 11:45. The hostess was walking toward the back and just glanced at us...3 waitresses were standing by the order computor towards the back and talking among themselves. They also glanced at us two or three times. No one greeted us...said it would be a minute...NOTHING. After a good solid 10 minutes we simply walked out. It wasn't like they were swamped or anything...there were about 6 other people seated there. Do you train your people at least with common courtesy??? Applebee's has lost three customers and we will tell everyone we know. Linda Boudreau
